Yeah I could see folks really disliking his comedy
what baffles me is that anyone likes it at all, it's terrible from start to finish. ferrell isnt funny on his best day, there's exactly one 'joke' repeated ad nauseum, and the plot is nonsense.
I mean ultimately it’s a kids movie. The jokes are going to be shallow and loud.
i mean ultimately "it's for kids" is a sorry defense for a piece of media. there's plenty of "for kids" movies that aren't beginning-to-end low-effort unfunny schlock.
It’s more that you’re going to struggle to resonate with it as an adult. I think this conversation is getting a little too hostile lol
I don’t like Minions but I get why kids do is the thrust here.
