To all the people who say he's just a suspect, unfortunately they have good evidence against him, our only hope now is a jury of our peers.

Nah, doesn't look like the picture.

that's what I'm sayin; unrelated let's get you on that jury

[-] Olgratin_Magmatoe@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

0% chance of that happening. I don't live in NY, and I'm willing to bet they're gonna go extra tough on weeding out people even slightly knowledgeable about jury nullification.

That's not the type of info that someone would necessarily volunteer unless they had no intnention of using it. The beautiful thing about it is that even if a person perjured themself about knowing of jury nullification, the one time they'd realisticly make use of it couldn't actually be used as evidence/testimony against them.

-They may weed out the young and educated, though.

That's easy enough to explain. The camera white balance might not have been the same, not to mention they might have been saved with different color profiles.

Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.

7. No duplicate posts.

If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.

9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.

All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
