Hopefully it wasn’t just a mugging
The cops said he waited in the freezing cold in one spot for ten minutes before taking the shot and fleeing down an alley to a bike he had waiting. This was 100% premeditated.
In unrelated news, I have an erection that will probably last longer than 4 hours.
