I erred on the side of caution and left out the /m, since I interpreted it as just a reminder of what went in the box. It seems to have worked out perfectly, and I'm not stuck with a random "M" in the name. Although I REALLY wish we had a much clearer definition of the distinction between "title" and "name." Just closed my eyes and prayed, there.
I'm assuming "title" is what appears to an outside viewer and "name" is the address. Not interested in making a dummy magazine to verify that guess, but the two field entries are slightly different for this magazine and which one is in the address bar suggests I'm correct.
I felt the same way. I think the /m was supposed to hint that this would be the url component. Oh well UX polish. Easy right with so much spare time? And TY for the answer!
