The notice filed by lawyers for Musk and his America PAC argue that because that PAC is registered as a federal entity, it is not subject to state law.

WTF?
They just use the lamest arguments, it's all about plausible deniability, except plausible somehow went out the window. so now it's just deniability,
and a corrupt judge will allow it!! It's insane how Republicans manage to move the goal posts, let's hope they won't succeed this time.

Corrupt judges really need to be removed, starting with supreme court.

The point is that frivolous claims aren't punished. It's a delay tactic yes, but there are rules against wasting the courts time.
It's sickening how republicans keep cheating illegally and abuse the system, undermining democracy, there should be costs for that.

You know what? I think most people would be reasonably happy with "mostly righteous" and not obviously corrupt.

  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
