Isn't it so stupid that I get lonely even when I spend majority of my day socialising? I spoke to around 20 people yesterday and I still felt so lonely, like the way a rat who hasn't been fed in years (2 days) would jump at food, I feel like jumping to conversations. God this is so stupid.. (speaking of god, how many of you would jump god with me?)

What I've felt is that quality trumps quantity. I could be talking to dozens of people and still feel unsatisfied, but then hang out with that one special person and then feel content for a long time.

Can confirm. Deep connections recharge more than shallow ones. Get multiple special people into your life, one is not enough.
