Instead of giving you a fish, I'll suggest you look up what predicated Sony even allowing mods on their console. That might shed some light on a number of related topics.🙌🏼
I asked for an explanation not because I want to defend my favoriote big corporation, but because I don't understand the connection between OPs question and your comment. If you could link an article or explain what you mean that would be very much appreciated, as I didn't find anything after a quick web search.
