Yeah this looks fake because it's a dramatization of reality. I've seen young dudes IRL argue whether it's "gay" to wash the balls, and the unmentionables behind that. Literally just soap and water bathing. We're talking people so uneducated they don't know the word "gooch" or "taint", or anything similar.
