@TinyBreak Yeah this has been their policy for ages, but it seems they softened the screen for gen 14 so scratches more easily, but cracks less. My wife offered to drop the unprotected phone onto the tile of the Apple store to smash it would they fix it then. They laughed and said yes but she didnโ€™t follow through.

@TinyBreak 100% would not try this when you could take it outside store drop it then and come back
