What an absolutely fucking deranged thing to say. How do these people look at themselves and think "Yep, I'm a healthy, normal average kinda guy."
I think there is a worse than that explanation. I think he's trying to blame Walz for his son's disabilities because of the age he was conceived.
These kind of bullies often look for excuses to make their bullying seem "OK" or less worse. This is probably a bully's guilt-shifting attempt.
