ألقى "جهاز الأمن الداخلي"، القبض على قياديين اثنين من فلول النظام المخلوع والميليشيات الموالية له في محافظة حماة، وذلك خلال عملية أمنية.

وأعلنت معرّفات "محافظة حماة" الرسمية على مواقع التواصل، اليوم الإثنين، عن القبض على المدعو "خالد حسين النمر" وهو قائد ميليشيا "الدفاع الوطني" في حماة.

وبحسب الإعلان، فإن "النمر متورط في قضايا إجرامية كبيرة بحق الشعب".

اتهم الزعيم الدرزي اللبناني ورئيس الحزب "التقدمي الاشتراكي" السابق، وليد جنبلاط، إسرائيل باستغلال الدروز في سوريا كجزء من خطة أوسع لتقسيم الشرق الأوسط على أسس طائفية.

وفي تصريحات لوكالة الصحافة الفرنسية، قال جنبلاط إن إسرائيل "تريد تنفيذ الخطة التي كانت لديها على الدوام، وهي تقسيم المنطقة إلى كيانات طائفية وتوسيع الفوضى".

Calm has returned to Koya village in western Daraa countryside, southern Syria, today, Wednesday, March 26, following calls from the village elders for the return of residents who had fled due to Israeli shelling that struck it on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the residents of Koya buried six victims who lost their lives due to the targeting of Israeli tanks on civilians’ homes after youths resisted the Israeli army’s incursion into the village.

وأفادت شبكة "الرقة تُذبح بصمت"، أن الضحية يُدعى محمد جاسم الأحمد الجاسم، ويبلغ من العمر 15 عاماً، وينحدر من بلدة سلوك شمالي الرقة. وقد فارق الحياة بعدما أطلق عناصر حاجز "أم البراميل" النار عليه في أثناء مروره برفقة والدته، التي أُصيبت بدورها بجروح، ووصفت حالتها الصحية بالمستقرة.

Five people were killed, and ten others, including a girl, were injured as a preliminary toll from Israeli tank shells in the Yarmouk Basin in southern Syria, following resistance from the villagers against the Israeli incursion.

A reporter for Enab Baladi stated today, Tuesday, March 25, that young men from the village of Koya in southern Daraa resisted an incursion by the Israeli army, which responded with gunfire, killing two. The Israeli tanks then shelled the homes in the village with about ten shells, causing casualties and injuries among civilians.

Iraqi authorities have imposed new restrictions preventing over 100 former Syrian regime officers and officials from leaving a military camp north of Baghdad, sources in Iraq's capital told The New Arab's Arabic language edition Al-Araby Al-Jadeed.

The measure comes a week after Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shibani visited Baghdad and met Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and other officials.

تعرض قائد “المجلس العسكري للسويداء” طارق الشوفي، لهجوم في منزله من مسلحين، يرجح أنهم ينتمون للمجلس نفسه، ويطالبونه بدفع رواتبهم.

وقال “المجلس” في بيان نشره، الجمعة 22 من آذار، إن مسلحين هاجموا الشوفي في منزله، مطالبين بدفع رواتبهم، مؤكدًا أنه لم يعِد أي منتسب براتب في الوقت الحالي، حتى افتتاح مكاتب الانتساب وتسجيل عقود التطويع.

وقال مدير شركة إعمار سوريا المهندس أنس كلزية، لعنب بلدي، إن تصميم المشروع تم تقديمه بالتشاور والنقاش مع عمادة كلية الهندسة المعمارية بجامعة “حلب”، حيث تم تجهيز مقترحين وتقديمهما إلى محافظة حلب.

تجمع آلاف السوريين، مساء الثلاثاء 18 من آذار، في حي “البانوراما” بمركز مدينة درعا جنوبي سوريا للاحتفال بالذكرى الـ14 لانطلاق الثورة السورية، وهي المرة الأولى التي تحتفل بها المحافظة بهذه الذكرى عقب سقوط النظام.

شهدت الاحتفالية حضورًا واسعًا من أبناء معظم المحافظات السورية، كما نُقل أبناء عدد من القرى إلى ساحة الاحتفال بباصات نقل على نفقة المجتمع المحلي في مدينة درعا، بحسب ما رصدته عنب بلدي.

حضر الاحتفال محافظ درعا ووفد حكومي وعدد من الشخصيات، منها الفنان أحمد القسيم والعقيد رياض الأسعد وماهر النعيمي وغيرهم.

Following hit-and-run attacks by remnants of the previous regime, thousands of fighters headed to the coastal areas of Syria to repel these offensives. The biggest losers in these events were the government security forces along with civilians.

The Syrian Transitional President, Ahmed al-Sharaa, was quick to comment on the events that peaked between March 6 and 8, and established two committees, one for public peace and another for investigation and inquiry.

أعلنت وزارتا الدفاع السورية واللبنانية عن اتفاق ينص على وقف إطلاق النار على الحدود السورية- اللبنانية عقب ساعات من توتر تشهده منطقة غربي محافظة حمص وسط سوريا.

في بيان لوزارة الدفاع اللبنانية، الاثنين 17 من آذار، قالت الوزارة إن وزير الدفاع الوطني، ميشال منسى، أجرى اتصالًا بنظيره السوري، مرهف أبو قصرة، وبحثا التطورات الحاصلة على الحدود اللبنانية- السورية، وجرى الاتفاق على وقف إطلاق النار بين الجانبين على أن يستمر التواصل بين مديرية في الجيش اللبناني، والمخابرات السورية.

أرسلت وزارة الدفاع السورية تعزيزات عسكرية كبيرة إلى الشريط الحدودي مع لبنان، بهدف ضبط الأمن والتصدي لأي تهديدات جديدة، وذلك بعد مقتل مجموعة من الجيش السوري على يد ميليشيا "حزب الله".

وأفاد مراسل تلفزيون سوريا بأن الجيش السوري كثّف قصفه المدفعي على مواقع ميليشيا "حزب الله" على الحدود مع لبنان، رداً على استهداف قرية الفاضلية الحدودية بصاروخ موجه، ما أدى إلى مقتل جنديين سوريين.

The 14th anniversary of the Syrian revolution, which began in March 2011, is upon us. Many, even among its own people, believed it wouldn’t yield results and be rid of the Syrian regime that it revolted against. However, it did manage to overthrow it after years of despair, following a dynamic military operation that lasted 11 days and shocked the entire world with its speed, even to those who planned it.

After the regime’s downfall, questions arise: Has the revolution ended, and have the demands of the revolutionaries, who took to the streets for their cause, been fulfilled with the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives along the way?

The Syrian transitional president, Ahmed al-Sharaa, signed the draft constitutional declaration after receiving it from the expert committee tasked with its formulation today, Thursday, March 13th.

Al-Sharaa stated, according to what was reported by the official Syrian news agency (SANA) following his signing of the draft, “We hope this marks a new era for Syria, replacing ignorance with knowledge and suffering with compassion.”

حذرت الحكومة الفرنسية، الأربعاء 12 من آذار، من أنها لن تقبل برفع العقوبات عن سوريا مرة أخرى، إذا ظلت الانتهاكات التي حدثت في الساحل السوري دون عقاب.

وقال الوزير الفرنسي المنتدب للشؤون الفرنكوفونية، ثاني محمد صويلحي، أمام أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ، “لا شك أننا لن نكون قادرين على قبول رفع العقوبات مرة أخرى، إذا لم تكن لدينا ضمانات بأن الانتهاكات لن تمر دون عقاب”.

وأضاف صويلحي أن فرنسا تدين كل الفظائع المرتكبة ضد المدنيين، بغض النظر عن طائفتهم أو مرتكبيها، “سواء كانوا مجموعات من فلول نظام بشار الأسد أو مجموعات إرهابية”.

وشدد صويلحي على أن سوريا لا يمكن أن تستعيد استقرارها وازدهارها، دون عملية سياسية تضمن أمن وحقوق مكوناته كافة.

The committee tasked by the Syrian President for the transitional phase, Ahmed al-Sharaa, to investigate and ascertain the facts regarding the Syrian coastal events, clarified its working mechanism during a press conference held in Damascus today, Tuesday, March 11.

The spokesperson for the committee, attorney Yasser al-Farhan, explained that the committee will set a program to interview witnesses and anyone who can assist in the investigation, identify the locations that need to be visited, and establish communication mechanisms with the committee, which will be announced soon.
