Elon Musk admitted to using two secret alternate accounts on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter) in a deposition for a lawsuit against the billionaire. He said that he used some accounts on the social media site outside of his main public account when he was asked to clarify if he used an account on X that had been linked to him by several users on social media. Some users posted a screenshot of his X interface last year in which the additional account appeared to be visible.

Above is the recruitment poster that’s getting so much attention. Command Sgt. Major Keith DeBoo is pictured, holding a photo of his veteran grandfather Louis DeBoo. But German WWII soldiers were mistakenly added in the background around DeBoo.

A clueless burglar was found dangling upside down from his shoelaces after getting stuck on a window frame while trying to break into a flat.

A court heard that Lee Kenneth Moore, 41, was discovered "moaning and groaning" by the couple living in the flat. The startled homeowner asked Moore what he was doing, to which the upside-down intruder replied: "I don't know where I am." Prosecutor Leila Taleb explained that Moore had used recycling bins to climb up to the small open window of the York city centre flat.

However, as he tried to squeeze through the window, his laces got caught in the frame and his foot became trapped in the window lock. Judge Simon Hickey described it as "one of the most inept burglaries that has appeared before me for quite some time" and sentenced Moore to two years and four months in prison.

Luckily, aside from the surveillance footage of the incident, police also had another tip to go off of - the suspect's name and phone number.

The driver gave police the information of the passenger, and police issued a subpoena to Lyft. Police said they “received the records showing the phone number and account used belongs to the defendant.”

A policewoman who was arrested over false suspicions of child sex abuse will receive compensation after detectives mistook her 32-year-old former husband for a 10-year-old boy in an intimate photo of the couple.

The County Court of Victoria has ordered Victoria Police to pay $85,000 for arresting and detaining the officer, whose ex-husband was under investigation for child sex abuse allegations.

Professional standards command detectives held the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, for almost five hours on February 4, 2019 after a separate investigation into her then husband, who was eventually convicted of child sex abuse.

“Read Me a Story, Stella” is a children’s picture book about a pair of siblings reading books together and building a doghouse. However, because the author’s name is Marie-Louise Gay, the book was added to a list of potentially “sexually explicit” books to be moved from the children’s section of the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library (HCPL) system.

They think trans women have an unfair advantage in... fishing?

Three members of an English women’s fishing team in England are refusing to compete at the world championships due to the fact that one of their own teammates is trans.

The Shore Angling World Championships will take place in Italy in November, and the board of the sport’s governing body, the Angling Trust, has said it will not prevent trans angler Becky Lee Birtwhistle Hodges from applying to compete.
