Was thinking of trying my hand at my own corned beef this year. I'm of Irish decent, but have never celebrated st paddy's beyond getting wasted lol. Maybe whip up some colcannon too? Anyone have any great recipes for corned beef? Or any tips for other dishes to include? I know corned beef and cabbage is an Irish American thing, maybe someone has some more common Irish dishes to recommend?

I had some mushrooms that happen to have been rinsed underwater. I didn’t want to cook with them today and I heard that it’s not good to store them once wet.

So I put them in the air fryer to dry them before storage. This caused them to release their fluid and now they are wetter than ever.

Can anyone advise on how I can store these safely for another two days?
