Nobody is that old. I was asked for floppy cable (more modern, IDE-like looking, not older MFM-like looking) just a few months ago. I believe we still don't have any obsolete cables. At least in a computer related world.

Why are you even telling all that? Nobody said that it is good for Africans.
I just said that Europe and US walked away, leaving Africa to China. And China will use Africa the same way as it was previously used by Europe or US.
Or are you just a bot, copy-pasting the same pre-made texts in every thread where Africa and China or Europe/US are mentioned?

Now it's China's turn, apparently.

Salt? Hmm... Not sure if you're joking...

Avocado. I heard much about these fruits/berries/whatever. But I am a poor guy from a very poor and totally non-tropical country. So apples and carrots are the sweetest things around and apples become too expensive too.

Still I bought a few. Just out of curiosity. It tastes like... butter block. Internet says that it should be this way. So... Why people eat it? Maybe it is bad alone and\or raw, but after some preparation it is delicious?

Am I missing something?

Nuclear weapons are still an effective deterrent.

Of course it is. I mean that in the XXI century any willing country can make its own nuclear weaponry. It isn't that hard technically. All problems are political.

You may not like it, but it is a reality. Why else is there so much talks about decreasing help from the US and UK? Because Africa needs that help.

[-] username_1@programming.dev 1 points 11 hours ago

Why? What for? Nuclear weapons is the century-old technology. No need in talks or cooperation. Just throw a few million euros to a dozen engineers and they will do everything else.

Yes, who feeds Africa, those build military bases there. Until middle of XXth century it was Europe, later the USA, now China. The place is too interesting to stay empty.

Where can I watch the early issues of Teletubbies from the '40s?

There are two types of cats: cats who quietly sleep at night and cats who do whatever they want but outdoors.

Change it to "Government sits at the table".
