Stick Figure Punch (gram.social)
submitted 4 days ago by ubergeek@lemmy.today to c/trees@lemmy.world

This strain was a colllab between a local grower, and a local artist (Stick Figure Dude)

You may have seen his art, which takes the form of graffiti, typically.

He is also one of the local cop's "Most Wanted Tagger"

Gonna enjoy rolling this one up tonight!

No shocker, another Reich Winger decides to go and do a mass shooting event.

Pretty sure our government is generally unconcerned with adherence to the law.

Its only illegal if the state decides to lay charges.

The law is clear, we just have a POTUS who doesnt care what the law says, a congress refusing to act as a check on the executive branch, and the courts are mostly captured by Trump.

Weird how the Grand Old Pedos were insisting the Dems were going to ban prayer everywhere, yet its Pedo Don who started banning prayer in federal facilities...

Yes, but we don’t have proof that universe can’t generate new matter.

True... we also don't have proof there isn't a tea pot orbiting our Sun since it's creation, either.

However, there's also a complete lack of evidence of it.

You cannot prove a negative. The evidence says no new matter can be created. No evidence that new matter gets created. Therefore, we work on the model of no new matter creation.

I was told that this was impossible to do when Dems were in power, because "The Reich wing might do it"....

[-] ubergeek@lemmy.today 29 points 3 months ago

Oh noes! Reich Wingers getting exactly what they demanded, and feeling the consequences of it!

[-] ubergeek@lemmy.today 59 points 3 months ago

It wasn't war when one Dem politician was killed, one was attempted. And a gubernatorial assassination was attempted?

Got a custom set of polymer furniture made, because I really love the look of the Henry Axe, but also really love their Model X lineup.

So, I put them together, sorta!

Loving the red dot on this, too, as it doesn't seem to show me a starburst like most other red dots do (I have astigmatism in my dominant eye).

And the single point sling makes toting it a breeze, if I choose to not do the holster.

  • Henry Mare's Leg 357
  • Custom made furniture
  • Monstrum Pic Rail
  • Vortex Defender ST
  • Sig Single Point Bungee Sling

Future plans:

  • Cut down pic rail to minimum length
  • Leather wraps for foreend, grip, and lever loop
  • Remove iron sights, install dovetail blanks
  • Weld steel studs to outside of lever, for a knuckleduster

September 11th, 2001 was a real inflection point for the US. We, collectively decided that civil rights aren't as important as revenge.

Except StarLink cannot possibly provide the same bandwidth, latency, and throughput a fiber connection can. Because of physics.

I can either share my 10G symmetrical connection with nobody, or with 200 others.

And, Fiber costs me $70 a month. Starlink, with worse performance, costs 4x more.

Good. I went through my CF panel, and blocked some of those "AI Assistants" that by default were open, including Perplexity's.

"Business as usual" is what led us here, and what causes what we are seeing today.

If we go back to that "as a pit stop", we'll be back here in about 4 years.

Neither are "The Distraction". Both are salient issues being done, right now.

If you don't get published, you don't get cited. If you don't get cited, it appears your work isn't important.

That said, every researcher I've emailed requesting a copy of a paper gladly supplied it, and many put them up on their uni sites.

A half ounce of Champanya badder. Its a nice dab, nothing to write home about, but the taste hits the citrus and grape flavors I dig.

Bought some of this, Saturday, at the Seneca's cannabis market

Indigneous folk bring fire!

Has some serious fruit there, and a chocolate background to it, in smell, and with a dry herb vaporizer.
