i'm similar but for me i prefer physical books because if i'm reading a physical book i'm probably not sitting near any of my devices so there's less chance i'll get distracted lol

but audio book is a strong second because ya i can do other stuff while listening to it, the same way i listen to podcasts and stuff

i've had my eye on the Steam Deck lately, will keep this in mind 🤔

it's wild though, i've heard that we don't really have free will but i guess i'm personally mixed on it as i haven't really looked that into it/thought much about it. it intuitively makes sense to me, though. that we wouldn't, i mean, really have free will. i mean we're just big walking colonies of micro-organisms, right? what is me, what is them? -- idk where i'm going with this

Hiya! Happy International Women's Day! I recently got back from a long break from Lemmy, and really most other social media too, but my experience on here has been pretty good too. Generally I'd say it feels more friendly and positive than I remember Reddit feeling, and with generally more productive conversations in my experience.

And yeah we'll probably just order in later too. I've been a bit sick lately so probably not much else

we've ordered pizza from little ceasars a couple times without cheese accidentally and we still ate it so as to not waste food and honestly i'd eat it again

i wouldn't order it on purpose for the same price as pizza with cheese, but unironically pretty good 👍

(i mean it's hot bread with sauce, i already like hot bread and sauce, i just don't normally go out of my way to have hot bread with sauce)
