avoid Magicka 1 for multiplayer if you can. The final update they pushed before abandoning it turned multiplayer into a buggy, crashy mess

Edit: it might be fine for local couch multiplayer actually

Vance saying "I will say a prayer for victory" in a military group chat with two 🙏 reacts was not something I ever thought I'd see

I hope this is just a meme, but at this point I would also believe that this is how they actually talk to each other

There are a lot of steps in converting color spaces to suit people's individual monitors and in compressing files to be stored on web servers.

Sometimes rounding errors happen. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

As a big fan of Rayleigh and Mie scattering, this is very cool

Sometimes a lack of empathy can be due to a hormonal imbalance. You might benefit from some kind of hormonal therapy, if that's something you want to bring up with a doctor.

One of my close friends was affected by something like that, and now they're one of the most empathetic and emotionally intelligent people I know.

That's part of it yes. Also gravity is proportional to mass, so smaller things will experience less force due to gravity. Everything will still fall with the same acceleration (9.8 m/s^2 on earth) ((ignoring air resistance)), but the impact from hitting the ground will be a lot easier to handle for small creatures. For example, an ant can survive a fall from pretty much any height, while an elephant can't even fall a few feet without getting hurt.

Fun fact: Once you get to a small enough scale, it's safe to just ignore gravity altogether, since it's so much weaker than other forces like electromagnetism.

Recently finished a BS in Physics because I enjoy learning about math with funny letters. Have had trouble finding work due to social anxiety (can't pull 40+ hour work weeks without WFH) and not wanting to work for the military industrial complex.

Found an easy job that I hated (just turning a small cog for a big corporation), but got laid off a couple months ago. I've kinda given up on everything at this point :(

I really want to work somewhere like a library or a zoo, but none of those ever seem to be hiring.

Wow!! It works, thank you! On ios I had to connect from the (LCD) steam deck, but it did work after that.
