The former emphasizes the urgency, the latter manipulates towards isolation with internalized shaming tactics. I've been qualified for free health care for over a year, but I just arrived to the point where I can reach out and engage the system. I initially thought enrolling would come in handy if I get into an accident, but last week I made the call to start preventive treatments.

I have an appointment with an actual doctor next month. I am also getting the ball rolling on the emotional side. I was contemplating moving back home, but now I might give this current iteration some more time.
