Right now, I’m playing the early access version of Baldurs Gate 3. I’m getting ready to put it down (frustrated: BG3 has the potential to be good, but without controller support, I’m getting really frustrated with the UI. ) and switch to Yakuza Like a Dragon. What are you playing now and what are you looking forward to playing next?

PowerDeleteSuit does exactly what you need.

PSA first save your comment and post history then overwrite your posts first and wait a day, so the reddit history database only contains the garbage you entered. Unfortunate I missed it.

Reddit claims will be the in Putin says.....🙄

Speaking of me, nothing. I erased my history, deleted my account.

Reddit should go his path chosen, don't hold back travelers.

If you're still able to post on reddit then it would be nice if you could tell him.

It is also blocked on feddit.de

For kbin it is:

In the Terms of Service it is shown the deleting your account all of your data is gone.

In the privacy policy it states that the servers are in Germany so GDPR is followed. It does not track nor it uses JavaScript.

So what's the problem here?

[-] RoaringSilence@kbin.social 9 points 1 year ago

Nope, not yet. You have to use the community website for it.

Remember that legendary times when reddit was new?

That's what's happening now in the fediverse with Lemmy and kbin, I am to excited being a part of it as to mourn about reedit.

self-cauterizing

Exactly, that's the word I was looking for.

Soldering iron with needle tip, hot and full of tin. Power plug stuck in the extension cord connector.

Took the iron pointing towards me in the right hand together with the cord plug and pulled ......... Plug suddenly came free and the hot iron tip stuck in my left arm.

Pulled it out and it was clean, hole in the arm filled with tin residues. Didn't hurt to much because nerves were dead around the hole.

Went straight to the hospital, took 3 weeks and a lot of cleaning to get the wound clean.

I don't think that your concerns will happen. As the fediverse could be easy replicated and it is no problem to run an own instance federating with whatever you want AND be part of the rest.

My guess is that we will see more instances with different tastes if I may call it this.

By using tools like kbin you are also free to assamble the fediverse you want without the need to follow a single instance only.

I think we cannot tell, yet. For now everything looks good, as you said, ooen protocol and decentralized.

But when the hype hits then suddenly money could talk and things could get worse unfortunate.

Lets hope the best and use it while it lasts
