Yikes! Does anyone know what happened?

I was wondering why it looked different from some of the screenshots I see here but when I play on mobile it's just an endless list that gets bigger and requires a lot of scrolling. Switched my browser to desktop mode and now I can see you can drag and drop stuff. These types of games are so simple but so addicting. Ahhh

Ugh I hate those ads. I had a OnePlus for a few years and forgot about all the bloat you get with a Samsung phone. Recently decided to go for a Samsung phone as the other options didn't seem much better. But now I keep getting ads from Google and Samsung in my notifications. I THINK I managed to disable some of it but it still keeps popping up once in a while.

I'd recommend POP!_OS. Very easy to install and use and most games I've tried to play work without any problems.

Play games on GeForce NOW at a higher resolution than 1080p. :-/

I must've been living under a rock or...well, I just haven't played The Sims 4 in a while and I didn't know the game had become free to play until recently. I also heard The Sims 5 is going to be free to play at launch. How do you feel about that and do you think it'll impact the game in any way?

I'm personally just worried the base game will be more limited in features if it's free to play but I hope I'm wrong!

I'm from Europe, and for years I'd been using WhatsApp because everyone expected me to even though I didn't feel comfortable using it at all (because I care about my privacy and apparently not all of my friends/family members do). At some point I was forced to accept new terms that basically said it was okay for them to sell my data and that's where I drew the line and told everyone that I would no longer be using WhatsApp and that if they wanted to reach me they could call me, text me or message me on Telegram. I immediately uninstalled it.

I noticed friends and family found it a bit odd and inconvenient that I'd stopped using WhatsApp. And many companies seem to use WhatsApp to contact their customers (why can't they just email me instead...) and it seems they automatically assume everyone uses it, which I find a bit annoying. But ever since uninstalling it no one has been able to convince me to reinstall it and I plan to keep it that way.

Drink a glass of water during your meals. And make sure you eat enough proteins. High protein diets are very effective.

If you're craving chips, your body is telling you you need carbs. So get them from healthy sources of food instead. If you're craving something like cheese or meat, your body is telling you you need proteins, so make sure you get them from healthy sources of food as well.

Avoid high carb food that doesn't have a lot of nutrients. You will probably still feel hungry afterwards. Go for healthy food that makes you feel full and gives your body a good amount of nutrients.

And remember that healthy food can taste just as good. :)

Good point! Haha. The first time I saw that option I immediately clicked it but then suddenly I was thinking I wouldn't just block some random person without a good reason and then my mind went: it's not the same as REPORTING a community, is it?

Am I correct in assuming that blocking a community stops it from showing in your feed? I see a lot of posts from communities in languages I don't speak and would like them to not show up on my feed. So I blocked a few, but I'm not 100% sure if what I did has the intended effect.

(Maybe it's just because to me, blocking a person seems like something I wouldn't do to someone who hasn't done anything wrong, haha XD)

But Huffman says the “pure infrastructure costs” of supporting these apps costs Reddit about $10 million each year.

Eh, so although, according to him, the third party apps cost Reddit 10 million per year, he still decided that 20 million a year from a single third party app developer is reasonable? I think he needs to learn some basic math...

Wow! And it was around 11000 last weekend?! This is great!

Actually I accidentally clicked a Reddit link on Google earlier today and (I don't remember the subreddit) my first thought was: I'm pretty sure this subreddit took part in the blackout so why can I see its posts like nothing happened?

I had to remove the Joey app from my home screen and replace it with the Jerboa app (as in, put it in the same spot) because I kept accidentally opening Joey. -.-
