Same, comrade. My last job was at a startup, so it's my own fault, kind of. I knew what venture capitalists do. ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Awesome for other cars but shit for cyclists or pedestrians.

You never know. I thought Devuan was a fantasy but the team's burning hatred was enough to make it work. ยฏ\_(ใƒ„)_/ยฏ

I mean, the US clearly enables Israel's genocides and other murders and tyrannies, but Israel is not the US.

I suppose you have a specific definition in mind?

Israel definitely has blood on its hands from the Iran/Lebanon/US/Israel war. But we should not let US crimes go unremarked on....

I thought it was the US that killed the schoolgirls?

Ah yes famously wealthy countries, the Soviet Union and Mexico, who went to hell when they stopped catering to the ultra-rich....

Creepy though.

When I die and they lay me to rest,
I'm going to go to the place that's the best.

This is kind of amazing.

Ah great. It looks like you have a mostly empty encrypted partition with LVM on top of it. If memory serves you might be able to resize the logical volume and the ext4 filesystem in a single command.

I have mixed feelings. Hedges and trees block vision. They can be done well, but I have seen a lot of places where they made traffic less safe.

There's actually no bucket, but I thought about the song this morning.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/There%27s_a_Hole_in_My_Bucket

I went to get a suitcase from the garage since I have a trip tomorrow.

I noticed some trash in the garden so went to throw that away.

I was annoyed at the plants growing into the path so I got the shears.

After trimming the foliage, I went to sweep up, but the broom was broken; the head was loose and it just fell off.

I got a nail and hammered it in with a wrench, fixing the broom. (I have a hammer, but my wife has undiagnosed ADHD, so nothing ever stays where it is supposed to be, and I just improvise for my own sanity.)

Put everything away, and finally can start packing.

After a bit of Lemmy to recover after my adventures, of course. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I've been using my running headphones with my newest phone for a while now. They are okay, but hurt my ears after a few hours. The most comfortable headphones I have are old Shure SRH440... which only have a wired connection.

I found a USB to 3.5mm audio adapter on AliExpress (apparently from BLUEKAKA):

https://a.aliexpress.com/_EvvyelY

I also needed a 3.5mm to 2.5mm audio cable, since the one from the headphones are a huge coiled affair designed to prevent kinks in the cable... great for recording in a studio but not very handy when walking the dog.

After hooking everything up it seems to work well. Yay!

Anyway, I was just carrying everything around loose until I realized that it was small enough to just strap onto the headphones. I used a hairband that my wife left lying around to attach the adapter.

It looks really janky, so I'll probably 3D print a nicer looking setup eventually.
