I'm happy with this. It would be weird to see Aho in any other uniform at this point.

Sorry, could be more clear. They will be true floating shelves, but have not yet been delivered to their new home.

To echo what the others here have said, long grain to long grain glue is very strong. Dowels/biscuits/dominoes are helpful for alignment, but for a table top it won't do much to increase strength.
