Une nuit, pendant un épisode de dépression, je me couche normal et je me réveille au milieu dela nuit car j'entends des petits bruits qui font "tics". Je me réveille, je regarde le mur en face, de mon lit. Il était couvert d'insectes. Le mur un peu derrière aussi. Là, allez savoir pourquoi, j'avais tellement peur que j'ai appelé ma meilleure amie de l'époque (il était genre 4h du matin). Ça met vraiment jusqu'à la dernière sonnerie, je fixe les insectes. Et elle décroche, je la réveillais (évidemment) elle me demande ce qu'il y a et... les insectes disparaissent. Du coup je dis "j'ai eu une hallucination" et voilà. Des histoires comme ça j'en ai pas mal d'autres. Une bien flippante c'était une paralysie du sommeil où je voyais une famille m'observer dormir. Ou une autre paralysie où j'ai entendu la police rentrer chez moi et monter les escaliers jusqu'à ma chambre. Ouais la dépression ça faisait des trucs hardcore sur mon sommeil 💀

Je vais mieux aujourd'hui rassurez-vous !
