Bug: Exiting picture view with swipe gesture (lemmy.world)

On most pictures, exiting out of the viewing page by swiping down does not seem to work reliably. If the picture is covering at least around 60% of the display, swiping works ok, but anything smaller than that, and the picture "bounces" back into view and I can only exit via the "X" button.

yes I just updated the app and it works better now. thanks so much!

one little thing: the cross is now a grey circle? is the icon missing?

There also a minor delay after exiting the image view. The touchscreen doesn't respond until you interact with it twice.

I think devs will soon ship an update with a new image viewer component, that will probably solve the problem
