And the sick man replied, "But I will die if I do not receive this medicine. And I must care for my daughter and my wife and my mother."

He said then to the sick man, "It is not the burden of others to care for you in effort nor in taxes. Therefore, it is not my problem. Start a Go Fund Me or something, idk."
