My son (20 years old now) comes downstairs after cleaning his room and dumps a pair of Sennheiser HD6xx, Philips SHP9500, and Tin Audion T4s on my desk and says "Thanks for letting me use these."

I don't remember ever lending those to him. But at least I got them back.

Lately, I have been using AirPods Pro 2, and have been pretty happy with them. But the Tin T4 impressed me, now that I tried them out again. They're REALLY comfortable and offer good sound isolation. I had them in for 2 hours and they didn't bother me.

Stories like these make me think that a headphones swap community would be a lot of fun and value. I have 6xx’s (they’re my favorite daily) but I have multiple other pairs that I don’t get around to selling, and I’d probably love to try out some other pairs for a bit.

It’s me, your son, I would like to borrow them again.

You've had them long enough.

Lol, nice. I would have just given them to him at that point haha.

Tin T4 were one of my first purchases on this rabbit hole.

They are pretty unique, comfortable, and perfect for string/vocal music. Glad u're enjoying then again!
