It's beautiful. Stay silly
Theres a bunch of AI covers for whatever that character is and they all sound awful. That's my entire scope of knowledge of it, I have no other context.
It is rhe goofy internet cat thats silly and funny, neco arc.
On the other hand, there are 100% human-made voiceovers of this character and they are also awful. Just awful. But because its a human I have some respect for their creative efforts.
All I know is that this character sucked in Mugen. Worst Melty Blood character.
I think them sounding awful is the joke

I think the cosmic horror is when we put silly people in office with the power to direct armies or let factories pollute or withhold school lunches.
