Recommendation for new deck(s)? (infosec.pub)

My kids have Battle Academy Level 1, which has 3 decks (Evee, Pikachu and Cinderace). What would be some decks, of a similar level, they could buy cheaply for themselves?

Just look for any pre-built deck. Most have basic strategies.
