You mean the "Use Linux" one, right? That's by RiniDisc (direct link). They have a store on redbubble where you can buy this design (and it's actually their store because they shared it on twitter)

Those are very nice :3 I was this close to ordering a Loona poster the other day, but then I noticed that the person selling them on redbubble took other people's art and uploaded it there, and I don't think the artists agreed to this, so I didn't :c
