Regular 3-4 day weekends are a fucking godsend.
My factory has been on, in effect, 4x6-7.5 for months and goddamn it's AMAZING. I'm first shift so often my weekend starts Thursday at like 12-1 PM, and I am free until 5 AM Monday. First shift best shift
