Wait, what's the difference between FLOSS and FOSS?
The use of "Libre" denotes the idea that the software is "free as in free speech, not free beer"
So it's just to clarify this distinction and ensure people understand that "free" refers to freedom rather than cost.
There is no difference. From what I can find online, Libre in FLOSS is just there to make it clear that it is free as in freedom and not free as in beer.
