The Flock Falcon Flex Camera is a hackable ALPR device with an unlocked bootloader, debug Android OS, and exposed diagnostic mode. It runs on a Snapdragon 625, has 2GB RAM, 29GB storage, Wi-Fi, GPS, and onboard AI (YOLO + OpenCV). It's ready for repurposing into custom vision or IoT projects.
