I use Baikal for caldav contacts but this doesn't have to integrate. That might be nice though.

If you're okay with something lightweight (android app, no server, no syncing, just your contacts + regular reminders), then Tend is nice.

I think what you are looking for is a CRM. There are tons to pick from but one example is Krayin CRM
