Did anybody get a Signal client running on Asahi?

Yes. I used the signal-desktop package from nixpkgs, no issues.

The easiest way to get Signal on ARM Linux is going to be the unofficial Flatpak.

Yeah, but unfortunately, they still don't build it for ARM Linux, so Asahi users are stuck with the unofficial flatpak (which works well), or building from source.
