If anyone wants an interesting project I've been thinking you could use all those DOT cameras to generate rough traffic data without a bunch of location data. But it'd definitely be tricky to differentiate traffic from cars stopped at a light as well as dealing with when cameras are pivoted.

No, because Samsung locked bootloaders. Unless you're on a very old One UI version (or before One UI 8 outside of the US)
