Ooh what kind is that?
Rye/wheat mix sourdough. It'd look like yours if I baked without the phase of very hot temperature at the end, and without the added oat flakes and flour on top.
Baking my bread today too. An enriched sandwich loaf, because I didn’t refresh sourdough in oh, a few weeks. Couldn’t find my whole wheat flour either. Not sure where that went; maybe it’s used up.
Then I have to clean up the garden and the house. I should go to the grocer but ugh so many people.
Jealous of the amount of oven spring
Took a lot of work to get it. Now I have to work on my shaping and scoring.
