I hit upon a RoW+2 at level 22. I already have Lucky enchantment on main weapon, and Arcana+5. Is it worth it to invest one SoU on the RoW?
I wouldn't bother.
As it is, with +2 it seems to be dropping extra stuff on top of the Lucky enchantment. Literally on top.
