i am drinking an iced coffee listening to No Ordinary Love by Sade, freshly showered. I am so at peace. Not everything is perfect but I feel peaceful. I am also trying to be consistent with my journal and I find that what works best for me is stream of consciousness, that's how I can manage to keep it real.
