Interesting that this is happening during an ongoing gas price crisis. Oh wait, it's a republican administration, no wonder they hate their constituents.

It's also Texas, the One Star State. They don't believe in public transit, they're willing to shoot themselves in the head to avoid funding anything that might benefit their citizens, and they want all the money to go to rich white men.
