Here is a completely wild thought: instead of changing or renewing it, how about the USA stops ignoring people's basic rights worldwide? 🤪

What is the point of mass surveillance if a known russian asset can make president and proceed to completely fuck up government from the inside? It's like building a wall that fucks over everyone, only to watch an actual enemy jump over it with a ladder.
