mine is BlackRock if you consider that an tech company if not then my second is meta facebook

You taking about most bad things overall, or most bad things compared to their size? The big companies are going to be the worst overall, but smaller scam companies like theranos (there are probably worse ones than that, they're just what came to mind) are probably worse per size.
