CTL-472, it's normally supported by openbsd's wacom driver

i got the same model, though never tested on a bsd, works fine on all linux systems (including android) out of the box that I have tried

OpenTablet driver has support for it, I am not sure if that project supports any of the BSD family but maybe it does, it is a userspace driver with some extra fancy options
