Where are the BMX guys that like to climb stuff?
just remember, when popping tires they’re under a lot of pressure and can drive your popping implement back into your own hand… (especially very large tires).
you can cut the valve stem off and that’s an inexpensive repair….
if you puncture the sidewall of the tire, that can’t be repaired and you have to replace it.

Might want to blur the plate.
No way, name and shame. They’re in public and plates are meant to be seen.
plates are visually in public and belong to the government. they are only borrowed by the vehicle owner.
blurring plates is a pointless task.
