I like to take two eggs, combine them with 380g flour, two sticks of butter, 350g brown sugar, 5ml molasses, 10ml bourbon, (you can use vanilla if you're boring) 5g baking soda, and 6g salt, and then bake small balls (40mm) at 350°F for 12 minutes.
