Depends on how little drug use counts as "drug-abusing". I'd assume the majority of people use drugs like alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and cannabis/THC, and most use them for recreational purposes or "to deal with the stress".
Same issue with "computer nerd", really. One person's nerd is another one's normie.
the definition of drug abuse varies person to person and mostly depends on body type and metabolism i think. also you gotta know whereyou're getting your shit from. wellyou don't NEED to know, but that's what you should do

i know his dealer and that's it. i've been here since april. when my roommate is manic, he is the kind of person that you cross the street to avoid that you fear for your safety. but his dealer is chill

yeah that man has seen some shit. he was homeless for a while and now he just gets high and listens to music, he hyperventilates several hundred times a day because he can't afford to buy enough drugs to get high enough. let that be a lesson to you- only do drugs if you're employed
