When people started taking selfies with their phones, it felt silly and even a little vain, though I was also an incredibly edgy teen and hated on selfies just because they were popular. Nowadays, I no longer see the difference between selfies and asking a stranger to take a photo. The result is the same: capturing a moment that you want to remember. Taking selfies is way easier than asking a stranger, so you'll take more photos that way, even of mundane moments like eating a pizza, but that's cool, too, because it's the simple moments that often remind you of the "good times". Just imagine them looking at this photo in a decade and remembering how much fun they had hanging out with their friends and all the cool stuff they did together <3
