AI in education will destroy what little education we have left. AI won't care what the govt tells it to teach, it won't strike, and it won't refuse to teach things that go against historical and scientific fact. AI in education is the perfect propaganda and indoctrination machine.

So of course the UCP will love it.

I think putting AI in classrooms in any capacity would be a huge mistake

And while we're all waiting for this mythical transformative AI that may never arrive, teachers have real problems now that need to be resolved.

Plus, with the current use if LLMs teachers are starting to think more analog. More in class writing assignments on pencil and paper.
