My previous decision to domain-block CBS was the right one.
So I have two pihole’s on my lan, my main one also acts as a mDNS getting its DNS stuff from a Canadian DNS host but that is besides the point. I had a TV provider, but that was cancelled because I did not want to pay for US stations. I pay for CBC and TSN (for CFL), everything else I either download (*arr apps) or stream from Global, CTV, CityTV, or CBC. My pihole blocks ads for almost everything, I do not want to be paying for US advertisment.
