I'm genuinely surprised to find this article here and not posted to one of the various "FuckCars" communities on Lemmy.
Then we'll have to fund them at the state or local level. If a half a cent sales tax can fund a multi-city transportation district, then it should stretch even further for bikes. This should really be be taken from the pockets of the corporate giants of the word though.
