The team has boosted its development by focusing on 3 desktop editions (Cinnamon, MATE and Xfce) and by taking the decisions in 2014 to only use long-term support releases.
Sounds like they are taking the conservative approach, so should be more stable.
This is the point of a .10 release, to discover these bugs and get them fixed before the LTS release.
So a .10 release is a beta release?
It’s less stable than the LTS at least, and right now 25.10 is still in beta. It’s scheduled to release on October 9th.
